VISION
DRWMF meets its mission by providing free primary health care, education, supportive services, HIV counseling/testing, risk reduction and linkage services to residents of the Houston metropolitan area.

ABOUT DRWMF
The Donald R. Watkins Memorial Foundation (DRWMF) is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization that provides superior quality medical, psychosocial and supportive services to persons infected with HIV, as well as outreach, education, and testing services for those at risk.

Since 1996, DRWMF has provided services to improve the health and well-being of the community in a manner that is respectful, culturally competent and linguistically appropriate. Because of our culturally diverse staff, we are able to provide services in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
